Paul

Paul is our very experienced outreach support worker who, for the past 10 years has supported both adults and children with severe and complex additional needs.

Paul joined us in spring 2023 having previously worked in a variety of care and support roles on the Island, including Beaulieu house respite service and Carewatch in both care and support worker roles.

Paul brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team, he can support a variety of needs as identified on a child’s EHCP, including developing social, communication and independence skills, as well as supporting children to access leisure, social and community activities.

Paul is highly experienced in supporting children with a variety of needs including Autism, ADHD, severe learning disabilities and complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

His calm, non judgemental and person centred approach, along with his engaging personality means he is able to confidently support some of the most vulnerable children referred to our service.
