Lynsey is our wellbeing and outreach lead who predominantly works with children and young people aged 11-18 at our centre in Ryde. Alongside this role, she also work in service improvement for the NHS, along with being one of Sense Inclusion's founding volunteer directors.
Lynsey has worked with children and young people for over 25 years in a range of settings including high schools, youth centres, supported housing and children’s homes. She is very experienced in working with children with additional vulnerabilities and has worked extensively with children and young people with challenging behaviours, PTSD, mental health, and SEMH difficulties.
Alongside her extensive work experience, she is a trauma informed practitioner who holds a Level 4 qualification in counselling and psychotherapy, a BSc in Sociology and a Msc in Psychology.
Lynsey can work with children and young people on a 1-1 or small group basis and can offer bespoke support which is tailored to individual need.
