Service Support Coordinator

Lucy is our newly appointed Service Support Coordinator who joined us in Autumn 2023. Lucy’s background is in hospitality management, administration, and customer service. Lucy has previously worked in multi-million-pound business operations where she received extensive training with the Disney institute, including business and management, and leadership excellence; along with being trained by Jim Sullivan – a world renowned expert in customer service.

In addition to her professional experience, Lucy has lived experience in the world of SEND; All 3 of her primary school aged children are on the ASC pathway so she can relate to the parents we support with understanding and empathy, and with a positive outlook which celebrates diversity.

Along with general service support, part of Lucy’s role is to support the parents of the children we work with, she is very experienced and knowledgeable with SEND education, the UK benefit system and EHCP processes. Lucy has a genuine passion and ability to effectively support and advocate to ensure the children and parents we work with; get the support they need and deserve.

Lucy brings a wealth of experience to this new role, which is fundamental to the effective service management, parent support offer and future growth of Sense Inclusion.
