Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Funded (ASGSF) referrals:
For ASGSF referrals, please enquire with your post adoption social worker who will provide further information and guidance on how to access our services.

Alternative Provision referrals
Referrals from Schools and the Local Authority can be made by completing our referral form which should be emailed to info@sense-inclusion.org
We would encourage parents / carers who would like their child to access our alternative provision to discuss a referral with your child’s School, SEN Casework Officer or Social Worker in the first instance.
Parents who wish to self-fund can refer directly by completing our referral form.
